Nisha Sharma

Nisha Sharma is an Associate with Litigation team at LexOrbis and has an extensive experience in civil property related matters, quasi-criminal, commercial, money laundering, COFEPOSA and service related matters. She specializes in handling diverse matters before the High Courts, District Court and various other Tribunals such as Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi Cooperative Tribunal and Delhi School Tribunal. Additionally, she has successfully handled various commercial Arbitration before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. She has completed her LL.B from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 2015 and since have been involved in the field of Litigation and have gained fair understanding of the legal theories, their applicability and the procedural nuances attached thereto.
