Nitesh Tiwari

Nitesh Tiwari, is a Partner at IC Universal Legal, Mumbai and has been with the firm since June, 2013. He is a member of the transactional practice team focusing on assisting and advising domestic and foreign clients on banking finance and debt capital market transactions in India and overseas. He also brings along experience in the field of real estate, advising and assisting in transactions involving project and construction finance including REIT and InvIT level financing.
