Noorul Hassan
Noorul Hassan holds an experience of more than 15 years in the legal services industry and specialises in handling M&A, PE & VC transactions, and also part of General Corporate Advisory. Over the course of his legal career, spanning over a decade and a half, Noorul has advised a variety of clients including founders, promoters and investors on business structures and setting up of units in Hyderabad and other major cities in Southern India. Noorul worked for clients in information technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, fintech, agriculture, etc. His focus lies on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, technical collaborations, entry strategies, overseas investments, raising debt, strategic investments, etc. He has also assisted several companies with their legal audits, labour & employment matters, employee investigations and consistently advises them on governance issues.
