Phalguni Nigam

Phalguni Nigam is a Principal Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group at the Delhi NCR office. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, domestic arbitral tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
