Poonita Harsh Kundra

Mrs. Puneeta Harsh Kundra is a Partner with Vaish Associates Advocates, registered as an Advocate and fellow practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She has vast experience of more than 20 years in handling tax advisory, compliance and litigation, tax planning and restructuring assignments and her earlier stint was with top law and CA firms, like, Amarchand Mangaldas and PwC.

She has gained considerable experience and specialization in various aspects relating to domestic and international taxation. Her practice covers all aspects/ areas of direct tax laws. She has been advising companies on entire gamut of contemporary issues relating to direct and international taxation, family settlements, amalgamations, trust settlement, mergers, appeals and litigation.

She has addressed several seminars and conferences on various issues relating to direct taxation and has authored various articles on LLP taxation, Controlled Foreign Companies, Tax Avoidance, Indian REITs, etc. She has been a guest faculty at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Manesar.
