Rahul Sharma
Rahul Sharma is a strategic legal leader with over two decades of accomplished experience in dispute resolution, high-stakes litigation, corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance. In his illustrious career he has worked with leading Indian and global conglomerates across sectors ranging from financial services to IT.
Previously at HCL Technologies he headed India and APAC Disputes & Litigations, IP, Regulatory, Compliance, and Government Affairs, successfully managing a broad portfolio of high-value disputes, establishing robust compliance frameworks, and leading strategic regulatory engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
He currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel & Head – Legal for India and South Asia at Tech Mahindra, where he has been instrumental in driving strategic legal transformation—enabling complex dispute resolutions, supporting M&A and transaction initiatives, and institutionalizing governance frameworks. He has also led key initiatives in structuring and negotiating multimillion deals and cross-border transactions, ensuring strategic risk mitigation and seamless alignment between commercial objectives and legal governance.
Rahul has been at the forefront of modernizing legal operations through automation, AI integration, and next-generation technologies.
