Ram Kumar Poornachandran is part of the Firm’s Competition/ Antitrust practice and has over 14 years of experience. He specializes in merger control mandates, cartelization and abuse of dominance cases. Ram advises Indian and foreign clients on complex matters across various sectors including digital markets and e-commerce platforms, pharmaceuticals, media, petrochemicals, energy, FMCG, and glass.

Ram holds an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore and a postgraduate diploma in competition economics from the King’s College, London.

Amongst the many accolades, he has also won the Legal Era Leading Lawyer for Antitrust & Competition (2023).
