At the invitation of the US State Department, Mr Nath, along with the president of the Bar Association of India, was invited to conduct a two day seminar on India’s commercial and corporate laws which was attended by many leading overseas lawyers. He was invited along with Mr P Chidambaram, finance minister and president of the Bar Association of India, to co-author a book on legal aspects of business in India.
