Ravindra Kadam, popularly known as Ravi Kadam, is an eminent Senior Counsel of the Bombay High Court. He was Advocate General for the State of Maharashtra for about 15 years. During his tenure as an AG, he has represented the State in landmark matters involving Mill Lands, Bar Dancers’ case, invocation of MCOCA, and so on and so forth. He is an expert in a variety of areas of legal practice, starting from Trademarks, IPR matters, Corporate Disputes, Property Disputes, Domestic and International Arbitration, and now in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
