Richa is a Partner in Capital Markets practice of the firm. She is a corporate finance attorney with a career spanning over 14 years. She specialises in international and domestic capital markets transactions (both equity and debt), regulatory practice, securities laws and corporate governance. Richa has advised clients across the entire value chain on aspects of securities law and executed various capital market transactions which have been innovative, market-first, and recipients of several marquee industry awards. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, private equity giants, financial institutions and leading investment banks.

She has done her graduation from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
