Rupinder Malik
Rupinder Malik is a Senior Partner at JSA, a top tier law firm in India. Rupinder is a Corporate/M&A and White-Collar Crimes Investigations lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience.
She is an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures; strategic alliances; cross-border investments; and restructurings. She has led some complex cross-border and domestic transactions and advised clients on foreign investments and related regulatory issues for India entry as well as matters related to general corporate, employment, information technology and foreign exchange control laws. She also has extensive experience in white collar crime investigations covering fraud, money laundering, cybercrime, bribery, corruption, sexual harassment, and workplace misconduct.
Prior to JSA, Rupinder was with Baker & McKenzie. She was also an Executive Committee member at JSA. She is currently the Chair of the Talent Leadership and Know-How Subcommittee of the International Bar Association (IBA), reflecting her leadership on talent strategy, institutional knowledge, and professional development at a global level. She is also a Chapter leader of India Chapter of WWCDA (Women’s White Collar Defense Association). She is ranked by leading legal directories and has authored numerous thought leadership articles.
