Sabia Veqar is an experienced Intellectual Property lawyer, currently serving as Practice Head - Trademarks Prosecution at RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys, which she joined in May 2025 after a successful tenure as a Partner at a leading IP firm. A 2009 alumna of Delhi University, she has significant expertise in IP prosecution, dispute resolution, litigation, portfolio management, and strategic advisory. Her practice covers trademark, copyright, and design prosecution, trademarks dispute resolution, civil enforcement actions, including anti-counterfeiting raids, and advising on trademark acquisition and portfolio strategy. She is proficient at advising and handling oppositions, rectifications, and cancellation actions.
