Cross-sector experiences with special focus on BFSI Sector having experience of working on transactions involving Banks, NBFC’s, Broking house, Insurance Companies, Asset Management Companies and other Banking technology related Companies amongst others.

Experience spanning over 60 transactions across India and overseas and have led cross-functional teams in evaluating financial and operational performance of companies as well as evaluation of internal control processes and governance matters.

Seconded to Lehman Brothers India Operations and actively involved in the planning and implementing the exit strategy for the Entities post liquidation of the US Parent.
