Sheel R. Sinha
Mr. Sheel R. Sinha, a distinguished graduate of Delhi University with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws, currently serves as General Counsel for India and South Asia at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a leading multinational real estate corporation headquartered in Chicago. In this capacity, Sheel oversees the comprehensive suite of General Counsel responsibilities, encompassing legal, compliance, and ethics functions throughout the South Asia region. Concurrently, he serves as an integral member of the India Business Leadership Council, contributing strategic insights to the organization's decision-making processes.
An enterprising leader and strategic planner, Mr. Sinha, has consistently demonstrated his ability to streamline operations, revitalize businesses, enhance productivity, and optimize systems and procedures in senior-level positions within legal, contentious, and regulatory compliance functions.
Before joining JLL, Mr. Sinha held notable positions in other prestigious organizations. As Director and Associate General Counsel at PwC India, he provided comprehensive legal counsel on various laws across the country. In his role as Associate Vice President at GE Capital, he maintained a diverse portfolio, contributing to both the Legal Organization and the SBI Card commercial leadership group.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Sinha is an avid traveler and passionate reader, reflecting his commitment to continuous personal growth and global perspective.
