Siddhartha heads the Corporate Advisory Practice Group of Poovayya, Advocates & Solicitors. With over 21 years of experience advising clients on various aspects of corporate law - covering technology, data protection, AI, employment and investment/exit transactions and large commercial real estate deals, Siddhartha has demonstrated legal acumen and expertise in a broad spectrum of laws. Siddhartha is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University and has been a part of the Firm since 2004. He is a member of the International Bar Association and also a member of the Bar Council of the State of Karnataka with all-India practice rights.
