She advises clients on a wide array of employment matters such as employee benefits, compliances, employee exits, employment due diligence and disciplinary inquiries. She advises clients with setting-up operations/GCCs in India (from an employment law perspective) and has in the past, hand-held them with their employment matters during such entry, and set-up thereafter.
