Sidharth’s practice covers diverse areas of corporate commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has considerable expertise in shareholders’ disputes; and represents clients in arbitrations, both domestic and foreign seated, arising out of Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Concession Agreements and various other commercial contracts. He also advises and acts for clients in insolvency proceedings, product liability litigations, constitutional & administrative law litigation, proceedings relating to penal laws, whitecollar crimes and corporate and forensic investigation.
