Soham has varied experience in advisory and transactional work pertainingto banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, corporate and commercial law, infrastructure and energy and mergers and acquisitions. He focusses on corporate and commercial matters pertaining toinvestments, funding, acquisitions and insolvency/restructuring matters for both domestic and international clients.
