Ms. Suchi Rai is Partner Designate and Patent Attorney having more than 13 years of experience in handling Intellectual property rights matters i.e. Patents and Designs prosecution, filing and enforcement. She has good experience in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious issues in IPR, she is at ease in the nuances of protecting IP in India. She has been a speaker in seminars organized by the University of Delhi, for knowledge enhancement of IPR among young scientists and students. She actively participates in knowledge-sharing articles and writes for various national and international publications.
