Sudish has an experience of approximately 21 years and is extensively involved in advising clients on legal aspects of business transactions with specific focus on regulatory aspects and regulations, entry options in India for foreign corporations, legal structuring, drawing up and vetting of agreements and legal audits. He routinely advises clients on corporate commercial transactions, information technology laws, inbound and outbound investments, real estate laws and other general corporate laws. He has assisted clients in obtaining various regulatory approvals and registrations.

Sudish has led several domestic as well as cross-border transactions in connection with mergers, securities and business sale and acquisitions, regulatory compliances, private equity, joint ventures, internal restructuring, technical collaborations, etc. In such transactions, he has been involved in spearheading negotiations, complex structuring, rendering strategic advise, dealing with leading international law firms and providing overall transactional support.
