Sumes Dewan

Mr. Sumes Dewan is a Corporate and securities lawyer with a wide range of experience of over 20 years in M&A transactions and international listing transactions. He is one of the few lawyers in India to be admitted as an Honorary fellow of the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars, Center for International Studies; and Member of Congress of Fellows of the Center for International Legal Studies. He has also been nominated for the Direct Taxes and Intellectual Property Committee of Assocham (Chambers of Commerce in India) and is currently the President of the Delhi Chapter of Indian Lawyers Association (ILA). He undertakes a lot of work for the growth and development of the legal profession in India.
