Sunil Rai
Sunil Rai is a partner in Dentons Rodyk’s corporate practice and India practice groups. He is also actively involved as a partner in the firm’s Venture Capital, Private Equity, Healthcare and Life sciences practice groups. Sunil is frequently involved in assisting clients in transactions involving Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity and Venture Capital, Technology and Emerging Growth Companies. Sunil concentrates his practice in corporate and commercial areas encompassing domestic and cross-border M&A share and asset transactions, joint ventures, investments and divestments, licensing, corporate governance, restructuring of entities, employment law matters including formulating stock option/share award schemes (ESOP/ ESAS), establishing new businesses and assisting clients in drafting and reviewing contracts across a broad spectrum of various industries, verticals and government sectors.
