Tusha has over 16 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Litigator. She is a Partner with the Litigation team at Anand and Anand, a Tier 1 boutique IP firm, regularly advising clients, strategizing, arguing, working with foreign independent experts, cross-examining witnesses and teaming up Senior Advocates before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, several other Courts and fora. She has been actively involved in several landmarks which have changed the face of Indian IP Jurisprudence. Known as a fierce litigator, Tusha actively represents many SIG clients, big-ticket domestic and international clients in contentious matters across all industries including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Luxury, fashion apart from many other verticals. She has also helped several clients for their brand launch strategies as well as handling media for their IP related issues.
