With over 16 years of experience, Varoon Chandra heads the Capital Markets practice. Varoon has extensive experience in international and domestic capital market transactions, including issuance of foreign currency convertible bonds and global depository receipts, Indian initial public offers, rights issues and qualified institutions placements. He also advises on securities regulations issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

According to Chambers & Partners Global (2020), Varoon Chandra handles a range of IPOs, QIPs and bond issuances, acting for a range of leading financiers.

He has won the Legal Era Leading Lawyer Champion for Capital Markets in 2022 and 2023 alongwith various other recognitions and awards.
