Mr. Virender Singh is a registered Indian patent agent and an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He holds a graduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and brings over 17 years of diverse experience spanning intellectual property, corporate, and academic domains. With more than 15 years dedicated to intellectual property, he has developed deep expertise in patent prosecution, innovation management, patent litigation, and IP strategy. Currently, Mr. Singh leads the firm’s patent prosecution practice on engineering side and represents clients before the Indian Patent Office and High Courts in matters related to patent application prosecution and litigation. His core competencies include patent prosecution, litigation, end-to-end IP portfolio management for large corporations, patent search and analytics, and strategic innovation and asset management advisory.
