Viteshen also drafts and negotiates IP agreements tailored to industry-specific needs and advises on commercialisation strategies aimed at protecting and maximising the value of intellectual property.
In addition to his client work, he plays an active role within the team, supervising candidate attorneys and managing client communication to ensure matters are progressed efficiently.
