AZB & Partners advised the underwriters on Park Medi World Limited’s IPO

The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners recently acted for the underwriters, namely Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited, and Sharekhan Limited, on the initial public offering of Park Medi World Limited, aggregating to approximately INR 9,200 million.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue by the Company and an offer for sale of equity shares by Dr. Ajit Gupta.
