The IPO comprised a fresh issue of ₹2,550.00 million and an offer for sale of up to 1,238,000 equity shares by the Promoter Selling Shareholders.
The transaction represents a significant capital markets offering, enabling Innovision Limited to raise funds through a mix of fresh issue and promoter divestment, in line with its growth and expansion strategy.
