Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Punjab National Bank on INR 3,131 Crore Rupee Term Loan Facility to IndianOil-Adani Gas

The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Punjab National Bank in relation to a rupee term loan facility of up to INR 3,131 Crores extended to IndianOil-Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL). The facility includes an inland letter of credit sub-limit of up to INR 500 Crores for the procurement of capital goods and equipment, intended to part-finance IOAGPL’s city gas distribution network projects across various geographical areas.
