The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Health Management Associates, Inc (HMA), a US-based leader in health and human services consulting, on its acquisition of HTS India LLP (HTS India) and all Indian law aspects of HMA’s acquisition of HealthTech Solutions LLC (HTS) and its subsidiaries, a premier provider of Medicaid-focused technology, analytics, and compliance solutions.

Trilegal assisted in:

• (i) Conducting legal due diligence on HTS India;
• (ii) Drafting and negotiating transaction documents for the India-level transfer;
• (iii) Closing the India leg of the global acquisition of HTS and its group companies; and
• (iv) Reviewing the transaction documents of the global deal. Trilegal will also provide assistance in completion of post-closing actions related to the India-level transaction.
