The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Temasek in its follow-on investment in CureFit Healthcare Private Limited, which operates the health and fitness platform ‘Cult.fit’, ahead of its proposed IPO. Following this investment, Temasek's shareholding in the company increases to approximately 11.88% (subject to certain other criteria).

The Firm provided end-to-end transactional advice to Temasek on all aspects including structuring, negotiation of transaction agreements, and merger control filing and approval.
