Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Alta Capital and Logicap on acquisition of Pushti Warehousing Private Limited

The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Alta Capital and Logicap in connection with the acquisition of the entire share capital of Pushti Warehousing Private Limited, an Antonov Group SPV, along with the warehousing project being developed by the company in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The transaction also involved the acquisition of additional land admeasuring approximately 13.7 acres in Bhiwandi for the development of warehousing infrastructure.

Pushti Warehousing Private Limited is engaged in the construction and development of industrial park projects for warehousing and industrial activities, with the existing project spanning approximately 25 acres of land.
