The leading full-service Indian law firm, Trilegal acted as transaction counsel for Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited on the issuance of unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, fully paid-up, non-cumulative, subordinated, non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 2,500 million ("Debentures") by Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited ("Canara HSBC") on a private placement basis.
