Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised State Bank of India on INR 12,000 Crore debt financing to JSW Sambalpur Steel Limited

The Leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised State Bank of India in connection with term debt of INR 12,000 Crores extended to JSW Sambalpur Steel Limited for part financing its purchase of the steel business undertaking of Bhushan Power & Steel Limited. The acquisition is structured as a slump sale on a ‘going concern’ basis. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary terms and conditions.
