AZB & Partners advised Excelerate Energy on Strategic JV with Invenire Petrodyne for Floating LNG Terminal at Haldia Dock Complex

The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Excelerate Energy on its strategic joint venture with Invenire Petrodyne for the joint development and operation of a floating LNG terminal at the Haldia Dock Complex (Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port). The deal, signed during India Energy Week 2026, marks Excelerate’s first investment in India and will establish the country’s first floating LNG terminal at a major port once developed.
