The leading law firm in India, DMD Advocates is advising Juno Joule Green Energy Private Limited (Juno Joule) in connection with its collaboration, including execution of a Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) Engineering Services Agreement (FEED Agreement) with thyssenkrupp nucera India Private Limited, a subsidiary of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA. thyssenkrupp nucera India, a global leader in high-efficiency electrolysis technologies, will design an integration concept for ‘Alkaline Water Electrolysis’ into Juno Joule’s proposed 260-megawatt green hydrogen facility in India, marking thyssenkrupp nucera India’s first green hydrogen project in the country.
Following the FEED phase, the partners plan to explore next steps, including a potential Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication (EPF) contract.
