The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisor to Sheela Foam Limited (SFL) in relation to:

• (a) Its further investment in Furlenco by way of a preferential issue; and
  
• (b) Structuring the rights package offered to other investors in the funding round.

SFL is already a controlling shareholder of Furlenco, a leading furniture company with a strong presence in the online segment and operations in key cities across India, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.
