DSK Legal advised Pee Safe on its Series C funding round led by OrbiMed

The legal law firm in India, DSK Legal advised and assisted leading women’s hygiene and wellness brand Pee Safe and its promoters in connection with its Series C funding round by OrbiMed, with a deal value of USD 32 million.

The Firm’s role included drafting, negotiating, and finalising the transaction documents—including the share subscription agreement, shareholders’ agreement, and share purchase agreements—assisting Pee Safe with completion of conditions precedent, and providing support in relation to closing of the transaction.

The DSK Legal transaction team representing Pee Safe was led by Nakul Batra (Partner), with support from Palak Sehgal (Principal Associate), Devbrat Singh (Senior Associate), Aankhi Anwesha (Senior Associate), and Utkarsh Sharma (Associate).
