Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer ('Freshfields') advised TeamViewer AG on the conclusion of a new EUR 600 million credit facility, with the help of which TeamViewer will refinance its existing debt among other things.
TeamViewer AG is a listed software company having its headquarter in Göppingen, Germany.
For the first time, this syndicated financing is linked to certain ESG covenants. With the current financing, the company intends to further drive its positive development.
Freshfields has acted as the adviser for TeamViewer for a long time. In this case, Freshfields had also advised the company on all legal aspects of this financing.
