Khaitan & Co advised EFC Estate Private Limited on the purchase of Quantum Towers in Pune

Khaitan & Co advised EFC Estate Private Limited, a group company of EFC (I) Limited ("EFC Group"), in relation to the purchase of Quantum Towers, a commercial office building with a 1,22,000 square feet area and a capacity of over 3,000 seats, constructed on a ~1.1-acre MIDC leasehold land parcel located at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase I, Hinjewadi, Pune. The property was acquired from Asmita International and Infrastructure Private Limited.
