Khaitan & Co. advised Lam Research (India) Private Limited on its sub-leasing and eventual divestment of a 25-acre land parcel in Whitefield, Bangalore, as part of a landmark real estate transaction valued at INR 1,125 crore.
The transaction was executed with Embassy East Business Parks Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Embassy Developments Limited, enabling the strategic transfer of the land parcel situated in one of Bangalore’s key commercial hubs.
The deal involved both transactional and litigation components, including registration and regulatory compliance for the sub-lease and divestment.
