BIG is an award-winning, global boutique digital transformation firm focusing on business process automation, integration and artificial intelligence.

CSP is a leading private equity firm specializing in cross-border technology and business services.

LegaLogic advised on deal structuring, review and negotiation of documentation and assistance of the transaction in closing the India segment.
