The leading law firm, in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised AION Investments Private Limited ("AION"), a special purpose vehicle of a fund managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., on the sale of its entire stake in Planetcast Media Services Limited ("Planetcast") to Arugn Technologies Private Limited. The transaction marked AION’s complete exit from Planetcast and its subsidiaries.

The deal reflects a significant investment exit and demonstrates strategic consolidation within the media services sector. SAM supported AION throughout the transaction, including the negotiation of sale terms, drafting and execution of transaction documentation, and overall advisory support.
