S&R Associates Represented MakeMyTrip On USD 3.1 Billion Concurrent Offerings

S&R Associates represented MakeMyTrip Limited, a leading travel service provider listed on the Nasdaq Global Market, as Indian legal counsel in connection with its USD 3.1 billion concurrent offerings, comprising a USD 1.65 billion public offering of ordinary shares and a USD 1.43 billion private placement of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2030.

S&R Associates has been advising MakeMyTrip for the past 15 years, since its initial public offering in 2010.
