International law firm Addleshaw Goddard advised RISE Group Holdings Limited on the sale (subject to regulatory approvals) of its sports, culture, and entertainment consultancy business to Elevate Sports Ventures, Inc., a leading global agency network headquartered in the United States.

RISE Group, a leading consultancy business in the sports, culture, and entertainment sectors, has built a strong portfolio across the Middle East, working with prominent regional and international clients. Elevate’s acquisition marks its strategic entry into the MENA market, strengthening its global footprint and expanding its partnership capabilities in a fast-growing region ahead of major global sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup 2034 in Saudi Arabia.
