ADNA advised Cantor Real Estate and Ynexis Group on development of Toulouse Business School’s new Casablanca campus

ADNA advised Cantor Real Estate and Ynexis Group on the development of the new Toulouse Business School campus project in Casablanca, further strengthening the international footprint of one of Europe’s leading business schools.

Located in the Casa Anfa district, the new campus will span nearly 3,500m² and welcome both local and international students enrolled in globally recognized programs in management and international business.

ADNA advised Cantor Real Estate and Ynexis Group on all real estate and construction aspects of the project, including structuring and negotiating the off-plan lease, overseeing construction contracts, and finalizing related documentation required to bring this modern educational hub to life.
