Akin advised Baseline Energy Services in its sale to Pennybacker Capital Management

Akin has advised Baseline Energy Services, a provider of low-carbon, mobile distributed power generation solutions, on its sale to Pennybacker Capital Management. Following the transaction, Baseline’s existing management team, led by CEO Graham Radler, will continue to lead the company.

Baseline owns and operates approximately 210 MW of natural gas power generation assets across around 1,200 mobile units. The company serves a broad base of customers across sectors including oil and gas, data centers, industrial manufacturing, and utilities, offering cost-effective and reliable mobile power solutions.

The Akin team was led by Wesley Williams (Energy Practice Co-Head) and Dasha Hodge (Partner, Mergers & Acquisitions), and included Michael Daus (Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions), Eduardo Gonzalez Canales (Counsel, Oil & Gas), and associates Brannen Caraway and Rebecca Hill (Corporate).
