The transaction involves the transfer of approximately 20 experienced professionals and AED 4.58 billion (CHF 1 billion) in potential assets under management through a structured referral arrangement. The deal includes the onboarding of LLB's existing UAE client relationships and operational infrastructure to Rothschild.

The transaction reflects the continued consolidation and strategic activity in the international wealth management industry, with a particular focus on the UAE.
