The global law firm, Baker McKenzie, advised CATRION Catering Holding Company SJSC (CATRION), a leading Saudi Arabian hospitality and catering provider, on the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of a 55% equity stake in Al Khalejiah Catering Company (AKCC).
The transaction, valued at up to SAR 440.86 million, will be financed through CATRION’s internal resources and Shariah-compliant banking facilities. The acquisition strengthens CATRION’s leadership in Saudi Arabia’s catering and hospitality sector and supports its long-term growth and diversification strategy under Vision 2030. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including regulatory approvals.
