The global law firm, Baker McKenzie Kyiv office acted as lead transactional counsel to Metinvest B.V. on the strategic acquisition from ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Holding B.V. of a majority shareholding in ArcelorMittal Iași, Romania. This landmark transaction represents a significant milestone in Metinvest’s ongoing regional expansion and reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening its footprint across Central and Eastern Europe.
